Aloha Everyone,

 

Happy Holidays to you and yours! In the hustle and bustle of this magical time of year, I wish for you a few moments to stop, breathe and reflect on how blessed we are for all of the joy and love we carry with us from day to day.

 

The holidays always make me reflect on special ways to entertain and share good times with loved ones at home. My advice is: KEEP IT SIMPLE! When entertaining at home, a few nice bottles of wine and some wonderful gourmet treats are all it takes to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Also, please take help where you can. If you don't have a relationship with the best caterer in your area, this is the perfect time to build one. Save the most ambitious productions for other times of year when family members and friends aren't so harried and can enjoy all of your hard work!

 

When all else fails, take a tip from me and use that age old tool to entertain in the easiest fashion: RESERVATIONS!
