Aloha! I have just taken over the Seawatch Restaurant in Wailea on Maui's glorious south shore. Folks, the views from the restaurant are spectacular! We shall open for business to the public on Friday, August 14, 2009. We will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner so be sure to stop by and check out the new menu I am cooking up and to say, "Hi!"
