Can you believe it? Thanksgiving is upon us once again. I swear, I feel like I was just firing up the BBQ and putting up the fresh berry and Island fruit preserves I enjoy making at the height of Summer….and here we are with Autumn having just about flown right by us all.
I truly love Thanksgiving. My style in the kitchen has always been about creating really good comfort food with a unique gourmet inspired twist while utilizing the best ingredients available. Thanksgiving for me is like having the epicurean stars align. When you take marvelous food, loved ones and time honored traditions and mix in some football and great wine, you really have the ingredients for a perfect day!
