2012 Cake Pricing.  Gannon's pastry chef will create your perfect wedding cake.  If you have a photo, please send it in to us.  Our pastry chef is happy to recreate almost any photo for you.  If you wish to see some photos from us, please let us know.

There is no added cost to have one tier one flavor and the other a different flavor.  Due to the Hawaiian tropical heat it is best to use real ribbon and/or fresh flowers to add any color to your cake.  By adding color to frosting in our heat the cake will weep and the color runs.

If you wish to have fresh flowers on you cake, please ask your florist to provide you with a few extra. This way your flowers will match perfectly with your wedding flowers.  We are happy to place them on your cake for you. Ribbon can be mailed in apx. 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, or in person no later than 2 days prior to your wedding date. 

If you select a square cake with the tiers to be off set, a min of 4 inches has to be the size of each tier, ie: can off set a 4" and 8", but not a 4" and 6".

A cake table, cake knife and server will be supplied for you at no addtional cost.  You are welcome to bring in your own service set if you wish.  See "cake" section under our general infomation page for futher details regarding your wedding cake.  Gannon's is not able to permit any outside food or beverage into the restaurant, this includes cakes. We have our own pastry chef that makes all of our wonderful wedding cakes.
